Position Description:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled On-Site Air Separation Plant Technician to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen-producing plants at customer sites in the Malta, NY area. This hands-on role involves operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining air separation equipment and supporting systems.
Technicians work independently with minimal supervision and are backed by a team of engineers, lead technicians, and technical staff. Candidates should have strong mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process control experience.

is used on rental basis by local hospitals and nursing homes. This position is
based in our San Bernardino service center but will involve local driving to
and from Inland Empire-area medical facilities using company vehicles.
 
Day-to-day functions:
  • Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery
  • Load and unload medical equipment
  • Drive 26 foot box truck to make deliveries and pick-ups
  • Process delivery and pick-up documentation as required
  • Maintain vehicle appearance by ensuring all routine
    vehicle maintenance is completed and records maintained
  • Clean and disinfect medical equipment to company quality
    standards
  • Present highest level of customer etiquette in all
    patient/customer interactions
 
Qualifications:

Requirements:
  • Candidates must have top-notch electronic systems
    knowledge and troubleshooting/repair skills in addition to unparalleled
    customer service skills (relationship development, conflict management, active
    listening and problem solving, interpersonal communication, etc.).  Experience in the Bio-Medical field is a huge
    plus, but not required.  Candidates must
    be able to interpret electronic system schematics and flow-charts.  A highly tuned mechanical aptitude and the
    ability to visualize and explain situations and resolutions are also critical
    in this role.  Excellent customer
    service, communication (oral & written), documentation, and PC skills are
    essential to this position's success.
