Position Details:
• Title: Service Advisor (Mechanical)
• Location:
o Mountain Top, PA (near Scranton / Wilkes-Barre)
• Travel/Schedule: You generally will work standard day-shift hours Mon-Fri, though plenty of optional overtime is available
• Compensation: ~$24.50/hr
o Bonuses/Additional Compensation: salary increases every six months (typically around $1.00/hr - $1.50/hr) for first three years; annual incentive bonus (~7% - 10%)

Position Description: In this role you would be responding to customer requests regarding parts, sales, warranty issues, and technical support on all products provided by CornellCookson. You will focus on service efforts by quickly responding to incoming requests via phone, email, text and others, providing extraordinary customer service. Some specific responsibilities include:
• Provide superlative technical service and support to customers.
• Improve customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Process parts orders and provide parts pricing for repair orders for all products.
• Place orders and generate job sheets to be sent to the shop to manufacture product to fill order requests.
• Troubleshoot installation issues over the phone and take proper measures to resolve.
• Handle product-related issues, troubleshooting, warranty replacement components, and provide extraordinary customer satisfaction.
• Assist in other areas as necessary and work cooperatively with others to help achieve departmental and organizational goals.
In order to be successful in this role, you MUST have an outgoing, customer-service personality. You will be interacting with customers regularly so patience, good communication and problem-solving skills and technical savvy are critical for success. You should have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, a good grasp of electrical systems, and a strong understanding of schematics, blueprints and other technical documents.
