Position Details
Location: Foothill Ranch, CA
Compensation: Risk Management Specialist ($65K - $75K + 5% AIP Bonus) OR a Risk Manager (salary range $80K - $90K + 10% AIP Bonus).
Shift: Mon-Friday 1st shift (8:30am – 5 or 6pm)
Travel: Less than 5% travel

As a Risk Management Specialist, you would be responsible for supporting the risk management function within an organization. As a Risk Manager, you would play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks within an organization. This position involves a combination of strategic planning, data analysis, insurance management, and the administration of commercial liability claims. The primary goal of a Risk Manager is to protect the organization's assets and minimize financial losses due to various types of risks.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, finance, or a related field (relevant certifications or coursework may be advantageous).
• 3-5 years of experience in risk management or related areas.
• Basic-strong knowledge of insurance products and contract management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using risk management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Specialist: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities/Manager: ability to lead a team.
