Position Summary:
As an Account Executive, you’ll drive new business growth by identifying and securing opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored freight solutions. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring operational alignment and exceptional customer service.
As an Account Executive, you’ll drive new business growth by identifying and securing opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored freight solutions. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring operational alignment and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in freight brokerage and 3PL services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Use Transportation Management Software (TMS) to manage accounts, quote freight, and coordinate shipments
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements:
- Proven sales success in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation services
- Proficiency with Transportation Management Software (TMS)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
