- 12-hour shifts, rotating every 3 months between days (5 AM–5 PM) and nights (5 PM–5 AM)
- Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off | Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off
- Includes either Saturday or Sunday depending on shift cycle
Compensation: $30/hr + Shift Differential (Swing: +$1, Graveyard: +$3) + Annual Bonus

Position Overview:
Support maintenance and operations of critical data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking, and facilities). Execute preventative maintenance and support expansion activities, while maintaining 100% uptime of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance
- Work with vendors/contractors to meet performance standards
- Monitor and maintain safety protocols per company guidelines
- Support infrastructure including generators, PDU units, CRACs, AHUs, pumps, and more
- Troubleshoot Modbus, CAT5/6, and environmental wiring
- Use thermal imaging (FLIR); training provided as needed
- Ensure customer compliance with Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- Execute tasks assigned by management and support facilities maintenance
Requirements:
- Technical trade school + 2+ years Commercial HVAC/Mechanical repair experience
