Position Description:
Field Service Technicians represent the company at customer sites, performing installations, repairs, and warranty work on company buildings and structures. This role requires travel and a variety of hands-on technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret engineering drawings, electrical control prints, and schematics
• Perform installations and repairs with a focus on carpentry and electrical work
• Hook up power and controls according to prints and schematics
• Apply framing construction standards and techniques
• Operate power equipment (battery-operated hand tools, power saws, crimping tools, scarifier, air tools, and sprayers)
• Install systems and equipment including air conditioning units, cable ladder systems, hoods, battery systems, waveguide entries, halo ground systems, and other grounding systems
• Hang and repair doors and locks, including hardware installation, assembly, and painting
• Complete framing, sheathing, trim work, and floor tile installations
• Perform minor concrete repairs and apply coatings/finishes to concrete buildings
• Other duties as assigned to meet customer requirements and agreements

• Ability to understand and follow verbal, written, and diagram instructions
• Proven ability to coordinate and perform effectively in high-activity environments
