• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Compensation: $25/hr – $30/hr + overtime available
• Travel: Occasional – up to 25–30% for training or customer site support

Position Description:
As a Service Repair Technician, you will join this company's Factory Repair Team focused on mid-power laser systems. This is a hands-on, in-house role with the opportunity to train on multiple laser models and occasionally support customer sites for installs, de-installs, or repairs. You’ll work alongside a team of technicians troubleshooting complex systems and contributing to world-class product support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mid-power laser systems and subsystems in the in-house repair depot
• Perform system testing, quality assurance, and documentation
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed
• Occasionally travel to customer sites for installations or servicing (travel is minimal and fully covered)
• Provide repair quotes and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders
• Train on new systems and support continuous process improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams for system upgrades and feedback

What You Need to Succeed:
• Basic electronics knowledge (use of meters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills – a top priority for this role
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work with electronic/optical devices
• Some light mechanical aptitude for disassembly/reassembly of units
• Entry-level candidates with relevant military or technical training encouraged to apply
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and travel occasionally as needed
