Overview:
Support DCO Systems Manager with operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure (power, HVAC, comms, facilities). Ensure client installations meet policy standards. Lead technician team, drive operational efficiency, and improve performance.
Support DCO Systems Manager with operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure (power, HVAC, comms, facilities). Ensure client installations meet policy standards. Lead technician team, drive operational efficiency, and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to onsite techs.
- Manage infrastructure projects and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for repairs, installations, and access.
- Use CMMS/Requisition modules for tracking maintenance and purchases.
- Participate in CAB and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce company safety procedures.
- Respond to escalated incidents and participate in bridge calls.
- Conduct employee feedback, performance reviews, and assist in hiring.
- Support budget planning, asset tracking, and documentation control.
- Represent the team in meetings; ensure continuous service improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical/maintenance experience
- Leadership experience required
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Proficiency in maintenance tracking systems, ticketing platforms, and standard office software
