Shift: Night Shift Operations, typically 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM (2100–0400)
Compensation: $50K–$60K annual salary
Travel: Approximately 30% – average 1 week per month

Our client is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning jet engines using patented foam technology and performing basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on company equipment. This position requires working outdoors, following strict safety and compliance processes, and seeking opportunities to innovate and add value for customers. The role involves frequent DOT-regulated vehicle operation, working with heavy equipment, managing environmentally safe fluid waste streams, and maintaining accurate performance records.

Responsibilities:
- Install and remove wash equipment on jet engines.
- Prepare equipment for operations by inspecting and servicing components.
- Operate equipment safely, identifying and reporting anomalies.
- Collect waste and ensure proper disposal according to regulations.
- Gather on-site operational data and accurately input into manual and digital forms.
- Coordinate schedules to align with aircraft availability.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with customers, teammates, and leadership.
- Perform preventative and repair maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Maintain a professional attitude, communication style, appearance, and overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and travel up to 30% of the time.
- Comfortable working outdoors and with heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to meet DOT driving requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
