Title: Facilities HVAC Tech I
Location: Alameda, CA
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm PT
Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with day-to-day service and maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative tasks like filter changes, belt replacements, lubrication, and system inspections
• Respond to internal maintenance tickets using our digital system
• Work under the guidance of experienced HVAC staff to grow your technical skill set

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn HVAC systems in a commercial environment
• Team player mindset with a good work ethic and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience in facilities, building maintenance, or a trade (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
• EPA certification
