Position Title: Field Service Representative
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Compensation: $70K–$85K base salary + company vehicle + company credit card + commission

Position Description:
Provide technical service and support for the installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of patient monitoring and anesthesia products. Role includes onsite customer service, product upgrades, and documentation. Responsible for building customer relationships, supporting sales and education teams, and maintaining inventory and equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical service on installations, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of products within assigned territory
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and medical electronics advancements through training and self-study
  • Partner with senior field reps for hands-on training and development
  • Provide telephone support to customers, sales teams, and clinical education staff
  • Maintain strong, professional communication with clients and internal teams
  • Accurately document service activities in line with administrative and quality policies, including MDR and field corrections
  • Manage and pursue service contract renewals; identify potential customers for new contracts and work toward timely closures
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, loaner/test equipment, and inventory in good working order
  • Support sales and clinical education teams with technical expertise
  • Participate in on-call rotation 24/7, including holidays and emergency off-hour service
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of biomedical or field service engineering experience (preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to be on-call 24/7 as part of a rotating schedule
  • Customer-focused, organized, and capable of managing technical tasks independently
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
