BEC Machine Products is a leading
manufacturer of precision components for the U.S. Navy. We’re seeking a
proactive and organized Sales Support Representative to assist with quoting,
customer communications, and order coordination. This position is ideal for
someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and values clear
communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing customer quotes and
processing purchase orders - Communicate with clients regarding order status,
timelines, and delivery - Enter and manage order data using ERP systems
and internal tools - Work closely with production and purchasing to
ensure order accuracy - Maintain organized records of customer
interactions and order details - Support general administrative tasks to ensure
smooth sales operations
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in sales support,
administrative coordination, or manufacturing operations preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with
ERP systems a plus - Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to
multitask effectively - Professional demeanor with a collaborative
mindset
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20–$25/hour (no commission)
- $41,600 – $52,000 annually
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM –
4:30 PM - Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid
time off - Work Location: On-site
- Non-compete agreement required
