Shift: Tuesday–Saturday | 2?pm–10:30?pm | Includes overnight and weekend on-call rotation with the San Bernardino Service Team
Compensation: $21–$24/hr + OT + variable compensation

Position Overview:
As a Driver / Field Service Associate, you will be responsible for the safe delivery, pick-up, cleaning, and maintenance of medical equipment rented by hospitals and nursing homes. This role combines driving, equipment handling, light maintenance, and high-touch customer service, serving as the face of the company during interactions with healthcare facilities and patients.

This role combines driving, equipment handling, light maintenance, and high-touch customer service, serving as the face of the company during interactions with healthcare facilities and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare medical equipment and complete required delivery documentation.
- Load, unload, deliver, and pick up medical equipment using a 26-foot box truck.
- Ensure timely processing of all delivery and pick-up paperwork.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Clean and disinfect medical equipment to meet strict company quality standards.
- Provide professional, courteous service to all customers and patients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service or operations.
- Minimum 2 years of front-line customer service experience.
- Ability to lift up to 30?lbs and push/pull up to 75?lbs.
- Ability to drive a work truck and work with solvents/cleaners in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
