Position Details:
Title: Turbine Operator
Location: Within 8 hrs of Hobbs, NM
Shift or Travel: 12-hour shifts; 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Compensation: $90K–$120K annually (based on experience) + $18K vehicle allowance (~$693 per paycheck) + $45/day per diem + hotel and travel provided

Position Description:
As a Turbine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company’s electrical turbines. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring performance, troubleshooting, conducting inspections, and carrying out maintenance to ensure maximum reliability and system integrity. You may also travel to customer sites to support operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Operate turbines within specified parameters
• Monitor performance via control systems and instrumentation
• Conduct inspections to detect wear, damage, or malfunctions
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair issues using diagnostic tools
• Follow safety regulations and conduct emergency drills
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and performance
• Respond effectively to emergency shutdowns or faults
• Maintain tools and report equipment issues to management

Requirements:
• Military veteran preferred with 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty jet engines or gas turbine controls/instrumentation/electrical systems
• Clean driving record
• Must pass drug screening and background check
