Shift or Travel: Typically M-F / 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM with rotating 3rd Saturday (5:00–10:00 AM for OT)
Compensation: $90K – $104K DOE with 10% company bonus and potential “kicker” bonus of up to 130% based on performance

Position Description:
The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee teams of Mechanical Assemblers and Welders and will be responsible for providing leadership across manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost goals are met. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role also ensures manufacturing follow-through and team development.
• Supervise and coordinate schedules for assembly and rebuild of gearboxes and related products
• Plan labor, material, workflow, and schedules for timely delivery
• Organize, assign, and instruct employees to meet production targets
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues; lead continuous improvement using LEAN principles
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and other departments to meet customer requirements
• Provide and track training for all assigned personnel
• Enforce compliance with manufacturing, quality, and safety policies; provide performance feedback
• Monitor work areas for hazards, ensure safety equipment use, and maintain housekeeping standards
• Support capital equipment purchases through specifications and cost-benefit analysis

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 8 years of industrial manufacturing experience, preferably with mechanical power transmissions or rotating equipment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication
• LEAN experience preferred; ISO9001:2015 knowledge required
