Job Description
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of complex systems and equipment at customer locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, minimizing downtime, and delivering excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced systems and equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely, effective solutions
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates according to specifications
- Accurately document all service activities and field reports
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly
- Valid driver’s license

- Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
