Position Summary:
A well-established industrial service provider is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support operations in the greater Denver area. This hands-on role involves traveling to various client sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems used in water, wastewater, and other industrial applications. Ideal candidates bring a strong mechanical foundation, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site service, troubleshooting, and repair of pumps, motors, control systems, and piping.
- Install and commission new mechanical and electrical systems at industrial, municipal, and commercial sites.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults, including issues involving PLCs, VFDs, and instrumentation.
- Interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings to ensure accurate service and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to coordinate schedules, document service activity, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain tools, service records, and adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, and control systems.
- Basic to intermediate experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial instrumentation (preferred).
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple job sites with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
