Position Description
Responsible for correctly maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment to achieve process yield and productivity goals. This role focuses on improving equipment availability and performance through effective preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and detailed reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of photolithography tools, including:
- ASML: PAS5500 Scanners
- Canon: IW Steppers
- TEL: ACT8 / MARK7 Tracks
- Metrology Equipment:
- KLA 8100 SEM
- KLA 5100/5200 Overlay Inspection
- KLA Archer
- Maintain, repair, and optimize toolsets to support high-volume manufacturing
- Anticipate and diagnose equipment problems
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks
- Record machine status, performance, and maintenance actions
- Track performance indicators and work toward improvements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working on photolithography tools
- Strong electromechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Able to troubleshoot and repair equipment without manuals or guides
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing KPIs and environments
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a desire to grow and contribute
