Job Description

Title: Test Engineer / Technician
Location: Williamsburg, VA (Onsite)
Shift: 1st Shift, Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; weekends OT as needed
Compensation: $35–$40/hr + OT (per VA law)
Benefits: Full benefits package
Travel: None
Vaccine: Not required
Position Summary:
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, test, and overhaul production equipment, focusing on PDUs, switchgear, and RPPs. Support packaging room operations as needed. Install new tools and maintain existing systems for peak performance.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years’ electro-mechanical maintenance experience; strong preference for Active-Duty Military background (Aviation, FC, Nuke, ET, EM)
  • Proven troubleshooting, testing, and installation skills
  • Experience with power distribution systems testing a plus
  • Senior technician or supervisory experience preferred
