Position Title: Senior Field Service Technician
Location: Reno, NV
Shift: Day Shift
Compensation: $48–$52/hr (DOE) + OT & Per Diem

- 6–10 hrs OT/week (time and a half after 8 hrs; Saturday = 1.5x, Sunday = 2x)
- CDL adds up to $2/hr
- Company car, travel covered, all PPE/tools provided

Position Summary:
Work under Field Leadership to perform troubleshooting, electrical/fluid testing, and maintenance on substation equipment. Support field operations and execute internal customer work orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and conduct fluid testing
- Perform re-gasketing, oil sampling, Megger testing, bushing work
- Handle high-voltage equipment maintenance in substations
Requirements:
- Preferred military backgrounds: Navy Nuclear Electricians, Army Prime Power, Air Force High Voltage/Radar Techs
- HS Diploma/GED & 1+ year related experience
- Valid driver’s license (if using company vehicle)
- Must provide own basic hand tools
