Shift: 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3–11?PM | 3rd Shift: Mon–Fri, 11?PM–7:30?AM
Compensation: $25–$35/hr (based on experience)

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician supports production by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of manufacturing equipment. You’ll work alongside a highly skilled team and have opportunities to develop your expertise in a collaborative environment.
The Maintenance Technician supports production by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of manufacturing equipment. You’ll work alongside a highly skilled team and have opportunities to develop your expertise in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment using electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment specifications.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Use electrical hand tools, measuring devices, and appropriate materials for repairs.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with all procedures and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with welding, sheet metal fabrication, and pipe fitting.
- Ability to read and work from hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints.
- Flexible to work overtime and shift changes as needed.
