Job Description
The Company is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced equipment at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This position requires strong technical ability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform onsite installation, maintenance, and repair of complex systems and equipment
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to reduce downtime
• Conduct preventative maintenance and verify equipment performance
• Document all service activities accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Ability to travel regularly
• Valid driver’s license
