Position Description:
The company seeks a dedicated and experienced Service Technician to join its team in providing top-tier installation, maintenance, and repair services for compressed air and vacuum systems. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication skills, and a commitment to superior customer service.
Core Functions:
• Repair, install, and maintain compressed air and vacuum systems and related machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance based on service schedules.
• Accurately complete service reports and maintain detailed records.
Specific Tasks:
• Oil and filter changes
• Mechanical pump repairs
• Electrical and electronic repairs
• Plumbing
• Welding
• Painting
• Fabrication
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
Requirements:
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on mechanical equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual capabilities preferred.
• Clean REAL ID California Type C Driver's License and ability to drive safely.
• Forklift operation capability with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for 8 hours daily with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Adherence to all State and Federal employment laws, including break regulations.
• Punctuality and professionalism, including neat personal appearance and effective communication skills.
