In this role you will perform duties to set up and operate equipment to plane, shape and rout material; maintain and clean machines before and after shift; perform preventative maintenance procedures; and use calipers, squares and tape measures to accurately measure pieces to cut. You must have a good mechanical aptitude and at least basic familiarity with reading mechanical schematics. Available Shifts include: 2nd shift (2p - 10:30p Mon - Fri) and 3rd shift (10p - 6:30a Sun - Thurs)

In this role you will operate an industrial corrugating / application machine that puts chemical adhesives to paper and corrugates at the same time (for filter assemblies). You will set up, load and operate the machine, while also performing basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities. This is a rotating shift schedule during which you will work 12-hr shifts (6a - 6:30p). It results in a 3-on, 7-off, 3-on, 1-off rotating schedule

In this role you will be Responsible for performing duties to install and wire of electrical components in large standard or custom HVAC units where multiple electrical panels of unique or complex configuration may be included requiring planning and laying out of most effective wiring, working within the limits of standard methods and procedures and making decisions as to sequence of operations as required. Identify, validate and inspect components, subassemblies, and purchased parts required to meet electrical specifications and job requirements of custom HVAC units. Configure placement as required, and attach detectors, sensors, controllers, and other components, and install electrical panels in HVAC units.

Available Shifts include: 1st shift (5:45am - 4:15pm Mon - Thurs) // 2nd shift (4pm - 2:30am Mon - Thurs) // Compressed Shift (6am - 6:30pm Thurs - Sat)

In this role you will lay out and construct various product assemblies with minimal supervision according to schematic diagrams, specifications, blueprints and applicable regulatory codes. You will be expected to break down assembly drawings and specifications for fabricating and assembling mechanical parts and units. You will assemble parts to include fitment, alignment and adjustment, ensuring mechanisms are free from binding or interference and function properly. You must have a strong mechanical aptitude and at least basic familiarity with reading mechanical schematics. Ideal candidates are those who have good mechanical maintenance aptitude (you work on your car, do in-home projects yourself, do basic repair of equipment, etc).

Perform duties to sub-assemble and install any range condensing units in large standard or custom HVAC units where multiple sets of pumps and condensing units may be included and configurations may be complex and require planning, working within the limits of standard methods and procedures and making decisions as to sequence of operations as required.

You will perform duties to handle, move, load and unload precut and pre-formed sheet metal materials by hand or using a variety of Material Handling equipment. You will work from computerized Quality Management System (QMS) components including Bill of Materials and pull tickets. Inspect Material Handling Equipment, structures or materials to identify problems or defects.

You will measure, cut and assemble steel door / window frames, and operate machinery to inject foam insulate into them. This will require positioning panels in the press machine and operating the foam injection system. You will unload the press, clean and assemble panels as required and make them ready for final assembly. You will be expected to maintain foam cell equipment and tools as required.

You will perform duties to set up and operate both CNC and manual saws to shape and size air filters up to 48". You will set up, load and operate equipment to plane, shape and rout material; maintain and clean machines before and after shift; perform preventative maintenance procedures; and use calipers, squares and tape measures to accurately measure pieces to cut. You must have a good mechanical aptitude and at least basic familiarity with reading mechanical schematics.

Responsible for examining product and fixing minor defects by grinding down welds and using touch up paint. Package products for shipment and provide final quality control.

You will perform duties to layout, assemble and weld any range of metal modules, including large complex units, in conformance with job specifications, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice. You must have experience with both MIG and TIG welding.

You will perform duties to set up and operate a range of metal fabrication equipment to bend / form metal parts, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice. You will operate Brake Press machine working from job packets, job specific cut sheet, bend list, material usage list, blueprints, quality checklist or drawings.
