JOB SUMMARY
The Hybrid eComm Digital & Packaging Designer is responsible for a variety of graphic design tasks to support company marketing objectives, with approximately 65% on digital design and 35% of work focused on packaging. This role manages electronic pre-press functions, designs internal and external publications, and creates professional graphics for packaging, brochures, advertisements, and multimedia presentations. The Designer will also produce digital assets for e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns, including banners, resizes, e-commerce digital shelf content, product shots, static visuals, minor video editing, and basic social media design. Collaboration with internal partners, and external vendors and agencies to meet project deadlines and maintain printing and digital quality standards is a key aspect of this role. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES

  • eCommerce Content Design & Production
    • Create and update product image assets for e-commerce platforms (Walmart, Amazon, and Major Retailer websites) 
    • Design Walmart Brand Shops and custom retailer mobile hero images; leveraging Amazon A+ content, PDP images, and enhanced content layouts
    • Leverage AI tools to accelerate asset creation, enhance imagery, and streamline production workflows
    • Develop assets that combine imagery, text, icons, and structured messaging
    • Develop custom DSP & REC ads for Amazon, SPV ads for Amazon, and DSP & DSS ads for Walmart.
    • Conceptualize, design and produce engaging digital creative across multiple brands for use in organic and paid channels, including social media, display ads, email campaigns, and search.
    • Create and retouch high-quality product images, packaging renders, and branded content assets that elevate brand presentation and support sales.
    • Execute resizes and adaptations for various digital channels and campaigns
    • Optimize for user experience and consumers’ interaction with the brand online
    • Use data analytics to better understand consumer online behavior and preferences
    • Develop and maintain consistent visual identities across websites, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms
  • Brand & Visual Cohesion
    • Ensure brand consistency and creative cohesion across all executions while respecting the unique positioning and tone of each brand.
    • Support the evolution of each brand’s identity by contributing to guidelines, visual standards, and creative frameworks.
  • Packaging Design & Production
    • Develop and finalize packaging mechanicals for new SKUs, line extensions, and regulatory updates (Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects).
    • Execute adaptive design for tactical Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects, such as flavor/variant extensions, count changes, and minor packaging refreshes.
    • Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in file preparation, die-lines, color breaks, and regulatory guidelines for OTC products.
    • Maintain and conform to product graphic standards and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and protection of brand equity across all packaging.
    • Review and proof packaging artwork, comps, and vendor proofs; participate in on-site press checks as needed
    • Support the development and maintenance of packaging style guides and technical documentation.
    • Experience working within highly regulated packaging environments is preferred.
    • Create professional designs and layouts for brochures and various branded promotional materials.
    • Example projects:
      • Updating Drug Facts panels for regulatory compliance
        • Creating new flavor or count variants for existing brands

  • Collaboration & Project Management
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Package Engineering, Regulatory, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure packaging and digital design translate brand strategy into compelling solutions and meet business and regulatory needs.
    • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining organized project files and documentation.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with external partners (vendors, printers,agency partners, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
    • Provide status updates to management and keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any significant issues.
    • Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed
  • Process Improvement and Brand Stewardship

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with retail e-commerce platforms: Walmart Brand Shop, Amazon A+, and other retailer specific eComm content

JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance, is a key member of the Quality & Regulatory Affairs team responsible for  ensuring the quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of Prestige Consumer Healthcare's OTC drug and dietary supplement product portfolio. This role serves as the primary Quality Assurance lead for assigned brands  and contract manufacturing partners, providing strategic quality oversight throughout the product lifecycle,  from new product development and commercialization through ongoing manufacturing and post-market  support.

This role will apply Quality Assurance, cGMP, and risk management expertise to support existing products and new product introductions while ensuring compliance with applicable FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other  global quality requirements. The role is responsible for evaluating and strengthening contract manufacturing partners’ quality systems, leading quality audits, managing quality agreements, and driving resolution of quality  and compliance issues.

Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Strategic Sourcing, New Product Development, Package Development, Supply Planning, and Logistics, as well as the ability to influence quality outcomes across a network of third-party manufacturing partners.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
  • Foster close cooperative relationships with all functions in the company relative to quality and GMP compliance.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive policies and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs) that comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 111, 210, and 211.
  • Achieve QA operational objectives by acting as the point of contact for quality matters for assigned  brands and/or contract manufacturing partners. 
  • Lead QA strategy for assigned brands by studying product requirements; analyzing options for product stability and process validation; recommending, preparing, and presenting corrective action plans; contributing information and opinions to cross-functional teams; preparing implementation  plans and timelines. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across contract manufacturing partners quality systems to  enhance compliance, efficiency, and product quality. 
  • Identify and mitigate quality and compliance risks through the application of risk management  principles and proactive quality oversight. 
  • Provide strategic quality leadership and recommendations to cross-functional teams supporting product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
  • Support new product introductions from a Quality perspective. Reviews and approves documentation associated with the introduction or transfer of a new or existing product to contract manufacturing partners.
  • These include but are not limited to stability protocols, laboratory methods, master batch records, product specifications, method validations, process/packaging and cleaning validation protocols and reports.
  • Ensures that product dossiers are maintained and current.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of contract manufacturing partners quality systems by leading effective audits for cGMP compliance, issuing audit reports, managing contract manufacturing partners response adequacy and timeliness; determining system improvements. Escalates all serious cGMP and regulatory compliance issues to department leadership. Coaches contract manufacturing partners where quality systems are deficient; drive remedial action where necessary. 
  • Define the quality obligations and responsibilities of contract manufacturing partners by preparing, negotiating, and reviewing Quality Agreements. 
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and influence across cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners to ensure quality, compliance, and business objectives are achieved.
  • Assure the quality of commercial product by reviewing and approving contract manufacturing partners change controls, deviations, nonconformances, and out of specification investigations. Initiates and conducts internal change controls, planned deviations, and investigations where applicable.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing regulatory and compliance data and trends such as Stability, Complaints, Nonconformance Reports, Deviations, Investigations, CAPA for Annual Product Reviews. 
  • Protect organization’s competitiveness by keeping information confidential. 
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by tracking national and international regulatory/governmental developments; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Supply Planner is responsible for managing and performing detailed finished goods production planning, inventory management, and purchasing functions within the supply planning team. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES/ACTIVIES:

  • Performs master production scheduling for assigned brands.
  • Proficiency in SAP, preferred.
  • Utilizes SAP MRP for managing supply planning duties. Issues PO’s and forecasts to contract manufacturers.
  • Develops and maintains safety stock levels for all finished goods.
  • Responsible for inventory management of all finished goods and select components.
  • Identifies opportunities for inventory reduction and reduces waste/scrap.
  • Responsible for over 30 planning fields in SAP master data.
  • Responsible for S&OP process for assigned brands.
  • Works with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, Product Innovation, Packaging Development, Quality, Regulatory, Tech Transfers, Logistics, and Customer Service.
  • Participates in project team meetings to update the teams on supply chain management topics.
  • Coordinates efforts with Sourcing and/or Quality for resolution of supplier issues.
