A day in the life of a Veteran at Siemens

Siemens hires Veterans and transitioning Military members with direct and indirect experience. In addition to on-the-job training, we also offer a workplace community created specifically for veterans - Veteran's Network Employee Resource Group. Performing a job in the military does not limit you to that position only when transitioning into civilian work life. Siemens understands the value in both training and transferrable skills.

Our first ERG, the Women's Impact Network at Siemens (WIN@S), was founded in 2009. Since then, eight more ERGs have formed, and more than 10,000 of our employees interact with at least one ERG.
