Successful candidate must be prepared to take the exam (if not current at the time interview) within 1 year of start date.
  • Knowledge of the International Codes, National Electrical Code and various industry standards, such as OSHA and NFPA.
  • Team/department manager experience strong leadership acumen.
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
  • Background check will be required.

We are seeking a full time Quality Engineer to join our team! This is an on-site position reporting to our Florence, NJ location.

Essential Duties of the Quality Engineer:

  • Review proposal work scope, drawings, and contract requirements for manufacturability. Review technical contract package for proper incorporation of technical requirements.
  • Develop and evaluate alternate methods and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement planned controls of in-process quality. Conduct evaluations of quality capabilities of operations, processes, and measuring equipment through process or machine capability studies and evaluate results.
  • Identify causes of chronic manufacturing problems through statistical analysis providing corrective action improvement recommendations.
  • Implement routine statistical methodology for in-process control and product acceptance.
  • Implement the contract quality requirements through the incorporation of pass down requirements in purchase orders.

Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, the CNC Machinist will set up production jobs on CNC mills/lathes in conformance with customer blueprints. This role involves documenting completed processes for transfer to production and defining the measurements of all critical features of produced parts.

We are seeking a skilled and driven Electrical Field Service Testing Technician to join our dynamic team of power system professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medium- to high-voltage electrical systems. This includes a strong focus on protective relays, electrical controls, and system diagnostics for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, and utility projects.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented, hands-on professionals who value safety and precision in their work. Former U.S. Navy Nuclear Electrician's Mates (EMs), Electronics Technicians (ETs), and U.S. Army Prime Power Specialists with strong electrical backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform acceptance, maintenance, and commissioning tests on electrical power systems ranging from 480V to 345kV
  • Conduct protective relay testing (electromechanical, solid-state, and microprocessor-based)
  • Troubleshoot control circuits, switchgear, transformers, breakers, switches, and MCCs
  • Interpret one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and relay logic
  • Use test equipment such as Doble, OMICRON, Megger, and RTS/AVTS software
  • Interface directly with customers to deliver professional service and technical insight
  • Generate detailed and accurate test reports in compliance with NETA, IEEE, and NFPA 70E standards
  • Maintain strong safety practices and adhere to all jobsite safety protocols
  • Travel to job sites across the region and nationally as needed


Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of field service experience in electrical testing or commissioning
  • Solid understanding of circuit breakers, relays, transformers, and control systems
  • Familiarity with SEL, GE Multilin, ABB, Schweitzer, and Basler protective relay systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical documentation
  • Proficiency with test equipment and diagnostic software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Excellent safety awareness and knowledge of NFPA 70E arc flash practices
  • Preferred Qualifications:
