Under limited supervision, the CNC Machinist will set up production jobs on CNC mills/lathes in conformance with customer blueprints. This role involves documenting completed processes for transfer to production and defining the measurements of all critical features of produced parts.

• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
  
• Support projects related to plant expansion, process improvement, and safety
  
• Work with external contractors on equipment installs and upgrades
  
• Assist operators during equipment cleaning and product changeovers

• High school diploma required
  
• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
  
• Strong electrical, electronic, or mechanical troubleshooting skills
  
• Experience with motors, VFDs, sensors, controls, robotics, conveyors, gearboxes, and other production systems
  
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  
• Team-oriented, safety-focused, and strong communicator
  
• Must pass a Ramsey skills assessment, background check, and drug screening
