Position Summary: The Class A CDL Driver is under the direction of the Plant Manager and will primarily be responsible for pick-up/delivery of reconditioned products using established production procedures, following safety protocol, and adhering to our company's quality standards.

  • Safe and legal operation of a commercial vehicle.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicle.
  • Ensure load matches paperwork before leaving all sites.
  • Delivery of various containers / packaging to customer locations within an assigned route.
  • Assistance of proper loading and unloading of freight (when required) ensuring safety and minimal risk of damage.
  • Development and maintenance of a professional service to our customers.
  • Collection of payments from customers and recording of all transactions when applicable.
  • Ensure customer and quality system compliance in areas of responsibility by conducting quality checks and examining products.
  • Notify management of any defective product or hazardous conditions. Promptly report all injuries to management.
  • Organizing end-of-day paperwork for office administration.
  • Maintaining a team approach through respect and communication at all levels.
  • Various other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) w/ clean motor vehicle record.

Position Summary: Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Primarily responsible for assisting in packaging of product of internal and external use, and assisting in changeover with other production teammates.
Responsibilities:

Position Summary: The production line mechanic will be responsible for all production maintenance, including product quality control, line maintenance, and repair of line machinery and equipment. This role involves applying mechanical expertise in determining work methods and procedures for producing quality product. Responsibilities:

  • Follow, without exception, all work instructions and safety policies, including use of all PPE and safety equipment
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery
  • Repair basic mechanical components and replace parts on machines such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges and switches
  • Observe and listen to mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of problem
  • Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts
  • Lubricate and clean machinery and support equipment to maintain housekeeping and preventive maintenance standards within the plant
  • Accomplish all work orders to maintain safety; reduce downtime; decrease scrap; improve quality production; and improve plant efficiency

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years' experience in a maintenance related position within a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Ability to interpret documents such as procedure manuals, blue prints, schematics, charts, diagrams, etc.
  • Ability to use precision measuring devices including amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges
  • Basic understanding of systems, equipment and schematics
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Good troubleshooting skills
  • Basic mathematical skills used to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use decimals and fractions

Position Summary: Organizes, coordinates and plans activities of production departments in the manufacturing of plastic container products. Performs initial setups and start up on tools and equipment. Acts as liaison with maintenance, quality assurance and production personnel.
Responsibilities:

  • Observes and records production operations
  • Review operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure minimum costs and prevents operational delays. ie: SMED development, ergonomics, LDR improvement.
  • Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization
  • Seeks methods to improve standard operational and working practices
  • Observes workers, molding machinery and conveyors to ensure compliance with safety standards and operating efficiency
  • Coordinates with mold set technician, department supervisors and production personnel for parts, tooling, equipment and machinery
  • Performs preventative maintenance on tooling and equipment as directed
  • Works with the machine attendants and supervisors in training of personnel
  • Follows all safety rules and procedures
Requirements:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma. Bachelors degree in manufacturing, engineering or related area and at least one year's work experience preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen experience/certification a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Mathematical and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and GMP's
  • Good interpersonal skills

Position Summary: The Diesel Mechanic performs required inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment within planned time tolerances to maximize safety, reliability, and cost efficiency throughout the life cycle of the fleet.


  • Perform inspections on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, light duty vehicles and any other company owned equipment in accordance with all federal, state and local legal and regulatory agencies. (Includes all state required inspections and frequencies)
  • Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections per company methods on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift-gates, light duty vehicles and any other company owned equipment
  • Perform quality maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift-gates, light duty vehicles and any company owned equipment
  • Create and complete work order entries. Maintain work order and vehicle maintenance records
  • Utilize the company's maintenance software program to create and complete work orders
  • Conduct all levels of preventive maintenance functions such as regular servicing of vehicles including oil changes, and equipment inspections
  • Electrical diagnostics, repair and replacement
  • Lead and/or assist with the physical parts purchasing, inventory, receiving and proper charge out of parts to work orders
  • Performs general cleaning and repair duties
  • Performs all trailer repairs onsite as needed
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 year school and 2 year of experience or 4 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair
  • Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training
  • Current valid driver's license and transportation
  • ASE certification required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
  • Ability to work in inclement weather conditions outside
  • CDL Class A preferred
  • 609 HVAC Certification
  • Brake Inspector Certification, knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Working knowledge of computer based diagnostic software for OEM's and component manufacturers
  • Technician must own and provide all tools necessary to perform maintenance. Diagnostic equipment, major shop tools, and secure toolbox will be provided by the company
  • Knowledge and understanding of FMCSRs and DOT Compliance
