Service Technician - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician
As the Service Technician - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of the multi-craft position, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic work.
Providing emergency and routine maintenance support to the operations department in a highly automated environment
Working independently as well as collaboratively as a team
Reading and understanding schematics, and troubleshooting
Position Location: Wilson, NC.
Salary: Starting salary is $24.90/hr plus bonus and overtime. Pay increases up to $25.92/hr after six months with good performance. After 12 months, pay increases to $27.18/hr. After 18 months, pay will increase to $29.22/hr.
Shift Schedule: You will be working on a rotating schedule of four days on, seven days off, four nights on, three days off, three days on, one day off, three nights on, three days off, etc. Each day shift is from 6:45 am - 7:15 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Each night shift is from 6:45 pm - 7:15 am, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Approximately a third of all Service Technicians will be working Monday-Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Associates degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics, or related field and 2+ years industrial maintenance experience or 3+ years similar experience plus military background
Multi-craft maintenance experience - electrical, mechanical, electronic theory and hands-on experience
Individuals who can learn fast, read and understand schematics, and troubleshoot
Adaptability, great attitude, willingness to learn, excellent people skills, and strong work ethic
Must be able to pass panel interview
Must be able to pass drug screen and physical

Maintenance Engineering Technician
As the Maintenance Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for providing emergency and routine maintenance support to the operations departments in a machine intensive, heavy industrial environment.
Multi-craft Maintenance position (electrical, mechanical, and electronics)
Customer support by performing analytical troubleshooting
Providing education to other technicians
Collecting, analyzing, and performing trend analysis on equipment downtime/frequency/problem data
Guiding other technicians or support personnel in repair efforts
Assisting in procurement of equipment
Repairing parts and technical data/information and providing overall support for all aspects of manufacturing operations
Routine maintenance, emergency maintenance, preventative/elements of predictive maintenance
Administration and coordination of support duties (contract and other technicians) manpower for larger jobs
Responsible for cleaning up job site and return unused materials to storage and dispose of refuse.
Required to document all work performed accurately in computerized maintenance management system, appropriate paperwork provided by supervision, engineering, and/or management
Document the circumstances surrounding breakdown, suspected cause of failure, parts adjusted or replaced, as well as suggested countermeasures
Performing all work where required by management through various policies and procedures to maintain plant safety, environmental, and quality standards
Observing and adhering to all safety rules and accepted practices at all times to avoid accidents and/or injuries
Correcting and reporting unsafe conditions and actions of self, others, and equipment in a timely fashion
Position Location: Des Moines, IA.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 3 years industrial maintenance in multi-craft environment or high tech maintenance related military experience
Completed apprenticeship program and 2 years industrial maintenance experience
Associates degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics, or related field
Candidate must also possess general computer skills, PLC experience, and presentation skills
Qualified candidates will be required to pass technical skills assessment, written examination, one-on-one technical interview, and Human Resources Interview
