Position Summary Hybrid - multiple locations available The HCB IT Delivery organization, within CVSH's DDAT organization, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to help realize the product features for a Conversational AI platform that is helping our members to get answers to their health insurance questions through the channel of their choice. In this role you will be responsible for helping to align features and user stories to the solution design. In this role you will have a holistic understanding of the application and serve as a expert on the end to end implementation of the application. You will make an impact by:

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $124,372.50 - $247,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
