Join our team at The Aspen Group, a leader in the Dental industry, in creating innovative medical software solutions designed to enhance healthcare efficiency and meaningfully improve the quality of life for healthcare workers and patients. We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Delivery leader to guide the development and integration of cutting-edge software products that will transform medical practice management.

Position Summary:

As a Director of Technical Product Delivery, you will act as both a product visionary and a pragmatic delivery lead. This dual role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of delivery of our products, from conception through execution, ensuring that our solutions meet the high standards expected in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Work with product managers to develop and articulate compelling product visions and roadmaps.

- Analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback to inform product direction.

Agile Leadership:

- Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

- Ensure all team members understand and commit to the product goals through effective backlog management and prioritization.

Technical Oversight:

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and top-notch product quality.

- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of product features, ensuring they align with business goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product managers, development teams, and end-users.

- Communicate technical details and project status effectively to all stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.

Delivery Leadership:

- Manage timelines, resources, and risk factors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Utilize JIRA to track progress, manage issues, and maintain documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years experience in technical product delivery and/or technical product management within a technology-driven environment, preferably in medical technology or related fields.

- Proven expertise in Agile project management and certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

- Strong technical background with experience in software development and web technologies.

- Proficient in using JIRA for project tracking and management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
