This a full-time position. What you'll need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Previous commercial driving experience preferred. Valid driver's license of type/class required to align with applicable regulations. May require certification to operate fork lift equipment. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to perform simple arithmetic functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and calculate simple figures such as percentages. Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems and requires basic analytical skills. Excellent driving skills. Good organization and time management skills. Ability to read and interpret road maps. May need to use GPS or other directional device. May require ability to lift / carry heavy loads up to 50 lbs. Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Commercial Driver position is $47,840 annually [or $23.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Commercial Driver position is $54,080 annually [or $26.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
