The M&A team is a centralized global corporate group set up with the objective of leading this activity. The team is composed of senior members who interface with the business units, leadership team, and the functional groups across the company. As a Senior Manager, M&A Finance for the M&A team you will support acquisitions, divestitures and investment transaction execution. This is a newly created position that will directly report to the Executive Director, Acquisitions & Divestitures. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in the acquisition / deal making environment and process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
