The Upgrade Operations (UO) department specializes in performing software and hardware upgrades on live customer systems. The UO department’s focus is on minimizing customer’s downtime during upgrades in order to optimize their experience during the moments that matter. Job Description As a Solution Engineer, enable the proper technical solution design and deployment plan for the ActiveEye Cybersecurity services in ASTRO, VESTA, Flex CAD, Premier One CAD, and Enterprise environments. This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.
