Benefits include paid time off, medical, 401k, etc. About the role The Electrical Technical Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design of Post Facility Ready (FR) medium voltage system upgrades and retrofits, and medium voltage products, throughout the Full Production lifecycle phase. This includes building matrixed design teams from client’s internal design and external design services partners/providers, facilitating the creation of a shared plan for the execution, and oversight of construction administration services provided by the external design team in support of construction activities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of building construction and design, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What you’ll do

The minimum salary for the Electrical Technical Program Manager position is $155,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Technical Program Manager position is $185,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
