About the Role: Gore Medical Components is looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing and engineering teams. You will be a member of a cross-functional team supporting the delivery and development of high-quality advanced materials and components that enable lifesaving medical devices. The industrial engineer’s responsibility will be to apply industrial engineering fundamentals and contribute to Lean process improvements, data analysis, cleanroom layout design, and demand and capacity plans. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing Industrial Engineering support for the manufacturing of intermediate polymer components, energized by working for a world-class manufacturer and collaborating on cross-functional teams, recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships and possess strong attention to detail, and excellent documentation skills. This position will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
