About the Role: We are looking for a Voice Administrator to join our Medical IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Microsoft Teams and traditional voice infrastructure within our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Teams Voice capabilities, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technologies, and collaboration tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our organization's voice communication platforms. This position will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
