Position Summary You will oversee Medicaid provider data operations related to claim pends, new business implementations and provider data accuracy improvements initiatives. Looking for talent that can: -Build and develop strong functional operation management team through formal training, diverse assignments, coaching, communication, mentoring and performance management. -Cultivate and manage relationships with various internal teams. -Create process improvement strategy to address developing internal trends e.g. changes in others' roles, error trends and external constituent needs, e.g. provider requirements for data. -Drive change management through the organization to support competitive and changing environment. Required Qualifications 10+ years of directly related health care experience 5+ years of provider operations experience 5+ years of provider relations related activities 2+ years of provider data and/or provider contracting activities/support 1+ years of new business implementation focus in Medicaid Preferred Qualifications *Project management experience. *Provider data and provider contracting. *Working knowledge of quick base, excel and other tools for working with provider data. *Proven ability to work collaboratively at all levels. *Ability to effect change. *Exercise sound judgment and demonstrates analytical/data-driven decision making skills. *Understand provider contracts, contracting options, and operational issues related to provider relations. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,500.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
