The candidate will need to be in the greater Dallas area. The Commissioning Agent will implement the commissioning process for building systems such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Controls, and Low Voltage. Reviews designs, submittals, and O&Ms. Write custom checklists and detailed testing procedures. What you’ll do

Additional Skills Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents. Ability to respond to critical issues. Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
