Position Summary Join a high performing HR team supporting a dynamic corporate function. As a Manager, HRBP in Finance you can expect to partner with HR Shared Services and COEs to deliver value-added HR thought leadership and deliver programs to the client areas that you support. You will offer counsel to leaders in a rapidly changing business environment while proactively identifying issues and initiating resolutions in line with corporate policies and in support of business direction. You will lead execution of major HR initiatives for your assigned client groups and across Finance to include compensation and performance review initiatives. Required Qualifications

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
