About this role Carrier Commercial Service has an opening for a HVAC Commercial Service Manager for our Farmingdale, NYlocation. This position has profit and loss responsibility for a service branch and is responsible for growing market share of the Carrier Commercial Service business. Lead team of intermediate to experienced Field Service professionals. Review escalated issues, establish and maintain a good relationship with key customers, and respond to escalated complaints from high-profile customers. Responsible for maintaining training and audit/assessment programs and training field service staff. Role Responsibilities
