Position Summary The Senior Manager of Provider Relations manages a team of Provider/Network Relations representatives (approximately 4) and reports to the local Lead Director. Oversees the maintenance of working relationships with the existing network and assists in the recruitment of new providers. Develops processes to collect and maintain accurate and current provider databases relating to provider facilities and provider information. Assists in the development of policies and procedures. Manage the development of contracts and agreements with providers and delivery systems in conjunction with network. Engages to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met. Develops and implements training programs and educational materials for providers as well as internal staff. Responsible for other duties as assigned and required by the business and position.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft products Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $86,700.00 - $190,700.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
