Siemens Mobility provides efficient and coordinated transportation of people and goods by rail - including rolling stock, rail automation, rail electrification, and service. We craft and manufacture across the entire spectrum of rolling stock, including commuter and regional passenger trains, light rail and streetcars, metros, locomotives, passenger coaches, and high-speed trainsets. Cities and Railroads also rely on us to provide traction-power substations and electricity transmission, as well as signaling and control technology for freight and passenger rail and transit systems. The purpose of the Project Procurement Manager role is to handle all procurement-required planning, execution, control, and closeout activities for assigned projects. Responsible for leading and handling one or more sophisticated projects to deliver the agreed scope within planned quality, time, and cost parameters to satisfy the specified project requirements. Supporting the overall business case, targeted margins, and cash flow objectives. You will work towards your goals by demonstrating a clear understanding of the project business structure, good and proactive communication skills, an ambitious attitude, and the ability to multitask and coordinate with various functions. The base salary range for this position in California is $118,100- $159,600 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary .
