Department Overview The Sales Engineering Group is the technical center of the Sales Organization. Our engineers bring to life the innovative communications solutions that make a difference in the moments that matter. As the solutions architect owner, the Sales Engineering Groups have the technology and design responsibility for all sales support engagements nationwide. The role is a highly varied role focusing on support of the Sales Team and resolution of customer issues in a timely manner. Travel to Barrett and customer sites will be required to resolve complex issues which cannot be resolved remotely and to deliver training programs. You will be a team player and possess strong communication skills, be flexible and adaptable, as well as be able to use your initiative to present and communicate ideas confidently. It is important you have excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills as you will be expected to do your own research and investigation.
