Position Details Location: Can live in any state (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) but must be willing to travel to job sites located across the country. Salary: $20/hr to start Schedule: 3 weeks on and 1 week off Travel: Cross country travel. ALL travel (airline, rental car, hotel) paid and meal expenses reimbursed. The company expects its people to communicate unsafe conditions, acts, or injuries immediately. • Maintain a safe working environment that includes the consistent use of Personal Protection Equipment to ensure your safety. • Assist with preventive maintenance program as required. • Completion of shift production and reporting paperwork. • Practice continuous improvement regarding process, machine, and jobsite housekeeping. Position Requirements • Strong mechanical skill set. • Good communication skills. • Ability to operate well individually or in a team environment. • Experience in operation of heavy equipment including: Forklifts, skid steers, telescoping material handlers, conveyors, trailers, and a variety of tools for repair and maintenance items. • Valid driver's license. • Ability to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time). • Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds and move heavy items to a height of 6 feet. • Ability to stand and be mobile for a minimum of 10 continuous hours. • Must have the ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in extreme weather-related temperatures. • You will be handling materials daily, which requires the ability to use hands, arms, and legs to physically handle and transport material and finished goods. • Ability to use full range of body motion daily including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to mount/dismount industrial equipment and vehicles.
