PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR The Shift Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of safety, quality and production on the assigned team. The Supervisor is responsible for the culture and direct supervision, training and safety of team members on shift, minimizing downtime, meeting production expectation and demands, along with performing production roles, if required. This position requires the flexibility to work various shifts, 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. This role reports directly to the Production Manager. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Job Skills: This position should possess the following skills / knowledge: ü Extremely strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills ü Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ü Ability to lead and influence team in positive manner ü Organizational skills and ability to plan ü Adaptability and flexibility to pivot and react to business needs as they arise ü Computer skills and knowledge in Office 365 (TEAMS, Word, Excel, Outlook) Educational Requirements : v High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience or Skills : v 3+ Years of ADS Line Operator or Production Experience v Leadership / Supervisory experience or have led small teams Physical Requirements:
