I would encourage any person leaving the military to talk to Orion and at least attend a hiring conference. Tony Hoffman and David Conner were my recruiters, and they were awesome. They helped to make what can be a very scary transition into a simple one. All I had to do was listen to them, and they listened to me.

It was a little more than two weeks between the time that I attended a conference and when I had a job offer. The transition has been smooth enough that I am still getting paid by the Navy and collecting a paycheck from DTZ. This made my transition very easy, almost stress free!
