I started searching for a job the spring of 2012 and began working with Tim Duba at Orion. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I attended an Orion hiring conference, where I interviewed and accepted an offer with Honeywell for a position that I thought was the perfect fit, combining my military skills with my MBA. 

My experience with Orion was very simple.  All of my needs were considered, including location, salary, and meaningful work. Tim did a great job, and I could not have asked for a better outcome.
