Senior Utilities Engineer

I started the Orion process about one week before a hiring conference in San Diego.  I was not prepared to separate or start looking for a job, and I was scared to say the least, especially considering my last interview for a job was at a fast food chain 25 years ago.  JP Sniffen and Jim Perdue took me under their wings and showed me how to interview.  

I ended up with seven interviews at the hiring conference.  Six of the interviews wanted a second onsite interview.  I did three onsite interviews and received two job offers, and I will be employed while I am still on terminal leave for 3 months! Everyone at Orion listened and helped me every step of the way!
