Two face-to-face interviews with Acme, and I was HIRED! Chris Hurst was my recruiter, and I was treated very well. I am VERY happy with my new position. My new job challenges me, pays well, pays quarterly bonuses, and I have room for growth based on merit performance. 

I'm a Store Director-in-Training. This position is the equivalent of running an extremely large department with multiple divisions onboard ship. Additionally, my experience as a SUPPO, especially in finance and metrics management, greatly helped in understanding P&L statements, not to mention inventory requirements, safety / inspections, and staffing / manning requirements to maximize profit and minimize labor dollars spent.
